We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Mobile Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain smartphones and tablets. The ideal candidate should have experience in hardware and software troubleshooting while ensuring high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in smartphones and tablets.
Replace damaged screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, and other components.
Install and update operating systems and software.
Perform data backup and recovery when required.
Test repaired devices to ensure proper functionality.
Maintain repair records and job sheets.
Keep tools and workstations clean and organized.
Provide repair estimates and explain issues to customers.
Ensure timely completion of repair work.
Follow company quality and safety standards.
